This has been one crazy day in the micros. Today was a battle not 1 session but 3 different sessions. My thoughts today was to play poker at Ignition and America’s Cardroom at the same time since I am focused when I play zone poker. I thought maybe this would help me stay focus on making a profit for the bankroll challenge but also help me with multi-tabling.
Oh how wrong was I. Completely killing the tables at Ignition Casino playing $0.10/$0.25 at the zone poker tables but feeling the pain at America’s Cardroom. The micro stakes players at the $0.01/$0.02 tables just wasn’t respecting my raises as well as close showdowns some of them allin. I was getting beat AK vs AA, JJ vs QQ, AJ vs 53. Yes, I lost an AJ hand to 53.
The first session at ACR I was down $3 after an hour or two. I took a break from the micros decided to focus on my zone poker play because I was up around $30-$40 and my play was beginning to take a downswing. I guess it was meant to be an off day. So I took a break from poker altogether and ate lunch.
I got back to the micros pulled up 3 tables and the downswing kept strong at 2 of the tables. The 3rd tables I was up $0.34 before leaving the table to take another break. Knowing I was playing poker or just wasn’t getting the hands I couldn’t decide. So stepped away from poker and worked on the backend of MrDeposit.com to help take my mind off of things.
Now my 3rd and last online poker session for today. I signed up to an MTT at Ignition Casino to keep myself in the nit mindset. I pulled up one full ring table at America’s Cardroom. This is when things got interesting. With my hand range completely tight, playing in position, and picking my spots to play out of position. I was up close to $4 at the table.
However, once I went busto out of the tournament. My play at the micro stakes tables went down as well. Once again I was losing close hands like AK vs AA, QQ vs KK, and etc. Even with all of the downswing action coming my way. I left that table up close to $2. After all 3 poker sessions at America’s Cardroom I was down $4.75!

Overall Results After 4 Days
Starting Bankroll: $25.35

Funny thing about playing this bankroll challenge. I can multi-table and finish the session up $0.30-$0.50, I can run good and finish the session up $3, or I can run completely bad over hours of poker and finish the session down $4. Yet I am still up overall after 4 days of MrDeposit vs The Micros.
